What is a one year health guarantee?

To ensure the health of your new kitten, you are required to have your new baby examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of taking your baby home. 

 

This health guarantee will be null and void if you cannot provide proof of the wellness check within 72 hours of taking your baby home.

Sometimes, even with all of the testing we do, a kitten may develop an unforeseen problem.  If your kitten expires for genetic reasons in the first year of life, these are the steps that must be taken to make a claim.

 

1. Contact us immediately. 

2. Have your veterinarian perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

3. Provide us with the autopsy report.

 

We will work with you to replace your kitten with a kitten of similar age and color if available.  If none are currently available, you may select a kitten from a future litter and a different breeding. We do work with other breeders and if we cannot supply you a kitten, we can work with one of our sister breeders and find a kitten.  At this time, we do not offer monetary refunds.
